Event Vendor Letter of Understanding

This agreement concerning Drink North Texas is entered into between the North Texas Winery Association (hereinafter referred to as “Host” and the party listed below (hereinafter referred to as “Event Vendor”). The purpose of this agreement is to provide products for the holiday market portion of Drink North Texas.
