Jenni Dale Lord on deck playing live music, food by Chef Dave, and the anticipated release of our Janis Hoplin Cider-Janis is wild, rough around the edges, and fierce. We start with our signature blend of cider apples, add fresh Texas peaches, and apricots. Then, we age it on bourbon vanilla beans and wheated whiskey soaked American oak staves. Finally, we dry hopped it with an obscene amount of citra hops. Very limited! Come celebrate her release, enjoy and take some home!
