Classic Country from 80’s Country Music Star Pake McEntire
Live Music in Gainesville, TX! Walk-ins welcome!
Born in Chockie, Oklahoma, Pake is the elder brother to Reba McEntire and Susie Luchsinger. In the early days, their family performed music as the “Singing McEntires” at rodeos across the Midwest which prepared each sibling to pursue a solo music career. Pake was signed to RCA Nashville in 1986 and had several songs that hit the Billboard Hot Country Singles chart including “Every Night” which hit No. 20 followed by, “Savin’ My Love for You” at No. 3, “Bad Love” and “Heart vs. Heart”.
After a few years of touring the country for promotions and concerts, Pake decided to return to his 1,000-acre ranch near Coalgate, Oklahoma, so he could spend more time with his three young daughters. Following in the footsteps of their father, Clark McEntire, who was a World Champion steer roper, Pake also competed in tie down steer roping for many years. After 53 years of ranching and close to a dozen back surgeries, Pake decided it was time to rekindle his passion for a gentler hobby. He picked up his fiddle, started singing and is ready to share his music and his stories with his fans again.
